DOUGLASSVILLE, Pa., Sept. 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — American Crane & Equipment Corporation (ACECO) proudly welcomed employees and community members to its headquarters for a special ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the dedication of ACECO’s new mural. The ceremony highlighted the company’s enduring values and honored the people who continue to shape the spirit, culture and commitment that have defined the company for decades.
During the ceremony, ACECO President & CEO, Karen Norheim, delivered a heartfelt speech to employees and guests.
“This mural is more than just a piece of art—it’s a visual expression of who we are, where we’ve come from, and where we’re going,” said Norheim. “From our founder’s grit and vision to the dedication of every employee here today, this mural reflects our shared spirit: Always Lift. Never Quit.”
The dedication was the culmination of a creative project involving ACECO employees Michele Downie and Taylor Suzenski, along with artists Mike Miller and Greg Didyoung. Special recognition was given to Stephanie Delibertis, Owner & Executive Director of Outreach & Development at ACECO, who envisioned and spearheaded the initiative.
“Stephanie transformed unused space into a creative hub that will inspire not only our team but also every person who passes by our building,” Norheim noted. “This mural is something meaningful, lasting, and uniquely ours.”
